1. Return Conditions for Online Orders via Mobile App or SPORT DEPOT Website

You have the right to refuse the delivery of the ordered product, without owing compensation or penalty and without specifying a reason for your refusal.

1.1. Size or Product Exchange

You have the right to exchange the size or item from your original order within 30 days from receipt. If the order is delivered in more than one package, the exchange period for the products in each package starts from the date of receipt of the specific package. The exchange can only be made in a SPORT DEPOT store and only for an item available in the specific store.

Important:

  • The exchange can be made in any SPORT DEPOT store, except for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets and Bansko. Full list of our stores.
  • If you received a gift with a certain item and decide to return or exchange the product in our store (except for stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Bansko and Borovets), the following conditions apply:
    • If you exchange the product for the same model in a different size or color, you keep the gift.
    • If you exchange the product for another item of the same or higher value (and pay the difference) and the item includes a gift, you keep the gift.
    • If you exchange the product for another item of the same or higher value (and pay the difference), but that new item is not offered with a gift, you must return the gift.
    • If you do not return the gift or it is in poor condition, you must pay its value.
  • The following product categories do not allow return and exchange:
    • Personalized items – textile products branded by SPORT DEPOT at your request and desire.
    • Products from underwear and swimwear categories – due to hygiene reasons and health considerations. The restriction applies to lower parts of swimwear, underwear and whole swimwear.

1.2. Returning Items Ordered Online

You have the right to return the items received from online orders within 30 days, without specifying a reason and without owing compensation or penalty. If the order is delivered in more than one package, the return period for the products in each package starts from the date of receipt of the specific package. Free return applies only to apparel, shoes and accessories. SPORT DEPOT refunds all amounts received from you, including delivery costs.

  • Free return is offered for:
    • apparel,
    • shoes,
    • accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, suitcases, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and glasses).

Important conditions:

  • The return is at SPORT DEPOT's expense.
  • You must use the courier services of SPEEDY, Econt, Europat or BOX NOW
  • The use of an arbitrarily chosen courier is not allowed.
  • The following product categories are not subject to return and exchange:
    • Personalized items – textile products branded by SPORT DEPOT at your request and desire.
    • Products from underwear and swimwear categories – due to hygiene reasons and health considerations. The restriction applies to lower parts of swimwear, underwear and whole swimwear.

Return of fitness equipment, bicycles and heavy/bulky sports and outdoor equipment:

  • The transportation costs are at your expense.
  • Exception: if the goods do not correspond to the order or there is a mistake on SPORT DEPOT's part – in these cases the transport is at SPORT DEPOT's expense.

Return conditions:

  • The return package must include a completed return form.

  • The item must be:
    • unused,
    • in good commercial condition,
    • with original packaging and tags,
    • accompanied by the original documents (invoice and warranty card, if issued).
  • The package must be:
    • accompanied by a completed return form,
    • packed in a courier envelope of the specific courier company or other durable polyethylene packaging, on which the return documents (waybill and others) are attached,
    • without affixed materials (tape, waybills and others) on the original packaging (box or envelope).
  • When the return is at SPORT DEPOT's expense, it must be sent only through SPEEDY, Econt or Europat, or, for apparel, shoes and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, suitcases, socks, hats, scarves, gloves, belts and glasses) – also with the BOX NOW service. The use of an arbitrarily chosen courier is not permitted.

1.2.2. In-Store Return:

  • You can return the received items in any SPORT DEPOT store, except for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets and Bansko.

Refunds will be processed only if all the above conditions are met.

Important:

If you received a gift with your purchase, when returning the main product you must return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned or is damaged, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund for the main product.


2. Exchange Conditions for Products Purchased in Physical SPORT DEPOT Stores

Items purchased in-store and without defects cannot be returned, only exchanged.

Exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons and health considerations, you cannot return products from underwear and swimwear categories. The restriction applies to lower parts of swimwear, underwear and whole swimwear.

2.1. Product Requirements for Exchange:

  • You must provide the purchase document.
  • The item must be in good commercial condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, which must not have any damage.

2.2. Exchange options:

  • Exchange for the same model item (e.g. different size or color).
  • Exchange for another item of the same or higher value (paying the difference).
  • Refund of the paid amount in the form of a voucher (GIFT CARD).

Recommendation: When buying shoes, we recommend trying them on at home and wearing them for 15-20 minutes. This will help you determine whether the selected model and size are suitable, while preserving the commercial appearance of the shoes for possible exchange.

2.3. Conditions for gifts received upon purchase:

  • If you received a gift with your purchase and decide to return or exchange the product (in-store, except Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Bansko and Borovets), the following conditions apply:
    • If the product is exchanged for the same model (different size or color), you keep the gift.
    • If the product is exchanged for another item of the same or higher value (paying the difference) and that item is offered with the same gift, you keep the gift.
    • If the product is exchanged for another item of the same or higher value, but the same gift is not offered with it, you must return the gift.
    • If the gift is not returned or is damaged, its value must be paid.
  • When refunding the amount in the form of a GIFT card, you must return the gift. If you do not return it or it is in compromised condition, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Online Payment for Click&Collect order

You have the right within 30 days, without owing compensation or penalty and without specifying a reason, to return the received items.

The amount for the returned items can be refunded:

  • on-site at the store (in cash at the cash register);
  • by transfer to the payment method used for payment.

You have the right to exchange the item for the same model item (e.g. different size or color) on-site at the store.

You have the right to exchange the item for another of the same or higher value (paying the difference) on-site at the store.

Products from underwear and swimwear categories are allowed to be returned or exchanged only at the time of order acceptance. The restriction applies to lower parts of swimwear, underwear and whole swimwear.


4. Refunds

If the online order is paid in cash or by card, you can return the item to a physical SPORT DEPOT store and receive your money immediately at the cash register.

If the order is paid partially or fully with a voucher, the voucher value will be refunded in the form of a new voucher. The remaining amount you can receive in cash at the cash register.

Refunds can be made in all SPORT DEPOT stores, except for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets and Bansko. Full list of our stores.

Important:

If at the time of visiting the store there is insufficient cash availability, we may not be able to return the amount in cash immediately. Therefore, we recommend visiting the store in the afternoon hours.

4.1. Refund by card or bank account

  • If you paid with a bank card, you can receive the amount back on the same card via a credit transaction, after filling out a return form.

If for some reason the refund is not successful, we will notify you to provide a bank account in your name for the refund.

  • If you paid to the courier upon delivery, you can receive the amount to your bank account after a completed return form.

The request must contain:

  • your full name as per ID card;
  • bank account details for the refund.
  • If you prefer, you can receive the amount by postal order.

For this purpose, you must fill out a return form, providing:

  • your full name as per ID card;
  • exact address (city, postal code, street/block).
  • If you wish, we can refund the amount for the returned products in the form of a voucher for online shopping in our store. The voucher will be sent to the email with which the order was made. This option must be explicitly stated in the return form.

4.2. Refunds for Orders Paid with Voucher or GIFT Card

  • If the entire order amount is paid with a voucher, upon return of products the amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
  • If the voucher value is greater than the value of the returned products, the amount is refunded in the form of a voucher.
  • If the voucher value is smaller, the voucher value is refunded, and the remaining amount is refunded in the way the payment was made:
    • when paying by card – to the same card;
    • when paying in cash – to a bank account specified by the customer or by postal order.

5. Refund Timeframes for Card or Cash-on-Delivery Payments

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), SPORT DEPOT refunds the paid amount within 14 calendar days from the date on which you exercised your right of return.

The starting date for this period is the date on which SPORT DEPOT received the returned goods.

SPORT DEPOT is not responsible for:

  • incorrectly filled information during registration or in the return forms,

  • delays caused by courier companies, which may lead to extension of the refund period or other inconveniences.


6. Return form

Important:

  • We do not offer the “Product Exchange” service for online orders via courier.
  • You can return the goods and receive the paid amount back.
  • If you wish to purchase a new product, you must make a new order through our website or mobile app.
  • We offer the possibility of exchanging a product from an online order on-site in a store – but only for a product available in the specific store.
  • The following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Personalized items – textile products branded by SPORT DEPOT at your request and desire.

7. “Review Before Payment” service for Econt Shipments

When receiving a shipment via Econt, you can use the “Review” service.

This service applies to shipments delivered to an Econt office as well as to home deliveries.

With the “Review” service, you have the opportunity to open and inspect the contents of the shipment (without trying it on) for up to 15 minutes.

Upon approved “Review”, the Econt employee opens the shipment in your presence to ensure that the contents match the ordered and there are no defects. Trying on or testing the product is not permitted.

Important conditions:

  • Before inspecting the shipment, you must pay the return delivery fee (if you return the shipment).
  • If you accept the shipment after the review, the Econt employee will refund the return delivery amount to you.
  • If you refuse to accept the shipment after the review, the transportation costs for the return remain at your expense.

Exceptions:

In the following cases, the return shipping cost is covered by SPORT DEPOT:

  • the received goods clearly do not match the item ordered;
  • the mistake is due to SPORT DEPOT (e.g.: wrong size, color or item).

In these cases, SPORT DEPOT will also refund the return delivery costs, after the returned goods are received back in commercial condition.
