All products at SPORT DEPOT come with a two-year warranty. For fitness equipment, you have the option to extend the warranty to 3 years. The extended warranty is available with the purchase of fitness equipment and an additional payment of 10% of the regular product price, which adds 1 (one) extra year to the standard 2-year warranty.

The SPORT DEPOT Service department offers warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment we sell.

Assembly of all fitness equipment is charged according to the terms and prices listed below.
For installation outside Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, and Stara Zagora, the customer pays for both transportation and assembly!

- If you order fitness equipment online and want to use the "assembly" service, select the assembly option directly on the website (valid for exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills, and multifunctional machines). If you want to request assembly for other equipment, please contact us at 070190009 and provide your order number.

- If you buy equipment in-store and want assembly, ask our sales consultants to submit a request.

If assembly is requested from SPORT DEPOT, it is carried out on a business day between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM. You will be informed in advance of the scheduled assembly time by our service team.

If the equipment is purchased in-store and assembly is requested, delivery and assembly are done within three business days, between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with prior notice of the exact time.

We aim to complete service requests within 14 days from the date the request is received.

Delivery is to the entrance of the building specified as the delivery address.

If the equipment is bought online from sportdepot.bg or from a physical store and delivered by courier, it will be delivered to the building entrance. The courier is not obliged to carry the item upstairs, regardless of the presence of an elevator.

If purchased online or in-store and delivery and assembly are handled by a SPORT DEPOT team, delivery is again to the building entrance. If the equipment cannot be taken upstairs by elevator, the customer pays a manual transport fee – 10 BGN per floor (20 BGN for items over 100 kg). For houses or buildings without elevators – 30 BGN (60 BGN for items over 100 kg). If you live in a town without a SPORT DEPOT store, a transportation fee also applies. Is it mandatory for SPORT DEPOT equipment to be assembled by the service team for the warranty to be valid?
- No, assembly by the service team is recommended but not mandatory.

Does the customer pay anything if the equipment has a problem during the warranty period?
- No, the customer pays nothing related to transport or repair during the warranty period.
