1. Return Conditions for Online Orders via Mobile App or SPORT DEPOT Website

  • You have the right to refuse the delivery of the ordered product without owing compensation or penalty and without providing a reason.

1.1. Size or Product Exchange

You have the right to exchange the size or item from your original order within 30 days from its receipt. Exchanges can be made only in a SPORT DEPOT store and only for an item available in that specific store.

Important:

  • Exchanges can be done at any SPORT DEPOT store, except for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets, and Bansko. Full list of our stores.
  • If you received a gift with the item and wish to return or exchange it at a store (except those listed above), the following rules apply:
    • If you're exchanging the product for the same model in a different size or color, you keep the gift.
    • If you're exchanging for another item of equal or higher value (and pay the difference) and that item includes a gift, you keep the gift.
    • If the new item does not come with a gift, the gift must be returned.
    • If the gift is not returned or is damaged, its value must be paid.

1.2. Returning Items Ordered Online

You may return items ordered online within 30 days without giving a reason and without penalty. Free returns apply only to clothing, footwear, and accessories. SPORT DEPOT will refund all amounts paid, including delivery costs.

  • Free returns apply to:
    • clothing,
    • footwear,
    • accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffels, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and sunglasses).

Important Conditions:

  • Returns are at SPORT DEPOT’s expense.
  • You must use the courier services of SPEEDY, ECONT, EUROPE, or BOX NOW.
  • You may not use another courier of your choice.

Returns of Fitness Equipment, Bicycles, and Heavy/Bulky Sports & Outdoor Gear:

  • Shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Exception: If the product does not match the order or there is a mistake on SPORT DEPOT’s part – in such cases, the shipping cost is covered by SPORT DEPOT.

1.2.1. Return Address:

Return Conditions:

  • The return package must include a completed return form.

The form was sent in paper format. Check whether you still have it. If it is missing or lost, you can download the electronic version of the form. If you need assistance, contact us at 0701 90009 or email [email protected].

  • The item must be:
    • unused,
    • in good commercial condition,
    • with original packaging and tags,
    • accompanied by the original documents (invoice and warranty card, if issued).
  • The package must be:
    • accompanied by a completed return form,
    • packed in a courier envelope or other durable polyethylene packaging, with the return documents (waybill, etc.) attached,
    • free of any adhesive materials (tape, labels, etc.) applied directly to the original packaging (box or envelope).
  • If the return is at SPORT DEPOT's expense, it must be sent only through SPEEDY, ECONT, EUROPE, or, for clothes, shoes, and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffels, socks, hats, scarves, gloves, belts, and sunglasses) – BOX NOW. Using another courier is not allowed.

1.2.2. In-Store Return:

  • You may return received items to any SPORT DEPOT store, except for stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets, and Bansko.

Refunds will be processed only if all the above conditions are met.

Important:

If you received a gift with your purchase, it must be returned with the main product. If the gift is not returned or is damaged, its value will be deducted from your refund.

2. Exchange Conditions for Products Purchased in Physical SPORT DEPOT Stores

  • Items purchased in-store without defects cannot be returned, only exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2.1. Product Requirements for Exchange:

  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • The item must be in good commercial condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged.

2.2. Exchange Options:

  • Exchange for the same model (e.g., different size or color).
  • Exchange for another item of equal or greater value (with the difference paid).
  • Refund of the paid amount via a voucher (GIFT CARD).

Recommendation:

When purchasing shoes, we recommend trying them on at home for 15–20 minutes to determine if the selected model and size are suitable while preserving the condition of the shoes for potential exchange.

2.3. Conditions for Gifts Received with Purchase:

  • If you received a gift with your purchase and choose to return or exchange the product (except in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Bansko, and Borovets stores), the following rules apply:
    • If the product is exchanged for the same model (different size or color), the gift is retained.
    • If the product is exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with the difference paid) and the new item also comes with a gift, the gift is retained.
    • If the new item does not include a gift, the gift must be returned.
    • If the gift is not returned or is damaged, its value must be paid.
  • If a refund is issued via GIFT CARD, the gift must also be returned. If not returned or damaged, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Online Payment for Click&Collect Orders

(when payment is made on the website via debit/credit card or bank transfer)

  • You have the right, within 30 days, to return received items without owing any compensation or penalty and without providing a reason.
  • The amount for returned items may be refunded:
    • in-store (cash at the register)
    • or via transfer to the payment method used.
  • You have the right to exchange the item for the same model (e.g., a different size or color) in-store.
  • You have the right to exchange the item for another of equal or higher value (by paying the difference) in-store.

4. Refunds

If your online order was paid in cash or by card, you can return the item at a SPORT DEPOT physical store and receive a refund immediately at the register.

If your order was partially or fully paid with a voucher, the voucher amount will be refunded as a new voucher. The remaining amount can be refunded in cash at the register.

Refunds can be made at all SPORT DEPOT stores, except those in Sliven, Kardzhali, Kazanlak, Borovets, and Bansko. Full list of our stores.

If the store has insufficient cash at the time of your visit, we may not be able to issue the refund immediately. We recommend visiting in the afternoon.

4.1. Refund to Card or Bank Account

  • If you paid by bank card, you can receive the refund to the same card via credit transaction, after completing a return form.

If the refund cannot be processed for any reason, we will contact you to provide a bank account in your name for the refund.

  • If you paid the courier on delivery, you can receive a refund to your bank account after submitting a return form.

The request must include:

    • Your full name (as on your ID).
    • Bank account details for the refund.
  • If you prefer, we can issue the refund via postal money order.

To do so, please complete a return form including:

    • Your full name (as on your ID).
    • Exact address (city, postal code, street/building).
  • If you prefer, we can refund the value of the returned products as an online shopping voucher. The voucher will be emailed to the address used for the order. This option must be explicitly stated in the return form.

4.2. Refunds for Orders Paid with Voucher or GIFT Card

  • If the entire order was paid with a voucher, the refund will be in the form of a voucher.
  • If the voucher amount exceeds the value of returned items, the refund will be in the form of a voucher.
  • If the voucher amount is less than the value of the returned items, the voucher value will be refunded via a new voucher, and the remaining balance refunded as per the original payment method:
    • for card payments – to the same card.
    • for cash payments – to a bank account or via postal money order.

5. Refund Timeframes for Card or Cash-on-Delivery Payments

  • According to the Consumer Protection Act, SPORT DEPOT will refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days from the date on which you exercised your right of return.
  • The starting date for this period is the date on which SPORT DEPOT received the returned item.
  • SPORT DEPOT is not responsible for:
    • incorrectly entered information during registration or in the return forms,
    • delays caused by courier companies, which may lead to extended refund times or other inconveniences.

Important:

  • We do not offer a "Product Exchange" service for online orders via courier.
  • You may return the item and receive a refund for the amount paid.
  • If you wish to purchase a new product, a new order must be placed through our website or mobile app.
  • We offer the option to exchange a product from an online order at a physical store — but only for a product that is available in that specific store.

7. "Review Before Payment" Service for Econt Shipments

When receiving a shipment via Econt, you can take advantage of the “Review” service.

This service applies to shipments delivered both to an Econt office and to your address.

With the “Review” option, you can open and inspect the contents of the package (without trying on the items) for up to 15 minutes.

If “Review” is allowed, the Econt employee will open the shipment in your presence to verify that the contents match the order and are free from defects. Trying on or testing the product is not permitted.

Important Conditions:

  • Before reviewing the package, you must pay the return shipping fee (in case you return the shipment).
  • If you accept the shipment after the review, the Econt employee will refund the return shipping fee to you.
  • If you refuse the shipment after the review, the return shipping cost remains your responsibility.

Exceptions:

In the following cases, the return shipping cost is covered by SPORT DEPOT:

  • The received item clearly does not match the item ordered.
  • The mistake is due to SPORT DEPOT (e.g., wrong size, color, or item).

In such cases, SPORT DEPOT will also refund the return shipping cost once the returned item is received back in commercial condition.
