Refunds and Returns
1. The customer has the right of cancellation to receive the requested goods and to return it within 14 working days if it is delivered according to one of the following conditions:
1.1. The delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the requested by the customer and this could be established through the usual review.
1.2. The price the customer must pay for the goods does not correspond to the owing price. The final delivery cost is calculated in a Speedy office.
1.3. When there is a discrepancy between the requested and delivered goods which was not established at the time of the delivery.
The customer have the right to request a replacement of size or an item included in their initial order within 14 working days from the date of receiving. In that case it is necessary to return the item to the following address: 1766 Sofia, 6 ''Vasil Radoslavov''str., Business Park Sofia, Sport Depot building, Online Store or
- to replace a size or an article from his original order in every Sport Depot store, except of our stores in Sliven, Borovets and Sozopol. A full list of our stores: see here
2. When there is a discrepancy between the requested and delivered goods, the customer has the right to return the received items within 14 working days, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason. Sport Depot recovers any amount received from the consumer, including delivery costs.
The transport costs for refunds and returns are charged to the customer, except for the cases:
- Delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the requested by the customer;
- Error has resulted from our fault;
2.1. The address where you can return goods is: 1766 Sofia, 6 ''Vasil Radoslavov''str., Business Park Sofia, Sport Depot building, Online Store. Return is allowed under the following conditions:
2.1.1. The application for return of goods is sent to the indicated e-mail address within 14 working days, from the date of receiving the order. The application must include: full name of the client/ account holder, telephone, personal bank account of the customer where the amount paid by the customer to be recovered.
2.1.2. Goods is in the same condition as it was sent, with its original label, together with original labels issued by “Sport Depot” LTD – invoice, receipt, guarantee card (if it was issued one).
2.1.3. When the return is at the expense of Sport Depot LTD, it must be used the courier company SPEEDY and NOT any random courier company chosen by the customer.
2.2. The customer can return the delivered items in every Sport Depot store, except of the stores in Sliven, Borovets and Sozopol. The return and refunds of the items is allowed under the terms of pt. 2.1.2.
3.1. Card refunds,
- If the customer refunds paid by card amounts for contracted and completed services made by us, we will transact this amount to the same credit card with which payment is made and after filled online order form: see here
- When online payment is made by Epay.bg system, amount of the returned, item will be refunded to the indicated bank account of the customer and data must be completed in the online order form: see here
3.2. Cash on delivery refunds
3.2.1. In Sport Depot store.
- Cash on delivery refunds can be made in every Sport Depot store, except of our stores in Sliven, Borovets and Sozopol. A full list of our stores: see here
3.2.2. Bank account or money order refunds
- Bank account or money order refunds are made after filled online order form in the Sport Depot correspondence email- see here. Application must include full name of the customer, personal bank account of the customer where the amount paid by the customer to be recovered. Money order refunds can be made when the customer provides full name and address: city, postal code, street or block.
4. Cash on delivery and card refunds – Term
- According to the regulations of CPA, Sport Depot refunds to the customer within 14 days from the day when customer has the right to refund the goods.
- Sport Depot is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information in connection with the data during registration and the refunds forms, which may result delaying the deadline for refunds and may occur other inconveniences for the customer.
