When returning a package via a BOX NOW locker,
please fill out the online form here
and follow these steps:
1 Visit the link.
2 Fill in your name, email, and phone number in the provided form. After completing all fields, click "Submit".
3 You will receive an email, SMS, or Viber message with a PIN code.
4 Go to the most convenient locker, enter the PIN using the locker keypad, and press "OK".
5 The door will open – place your package inside and close the door. From this moment, BOX NOW takes responsibility for the delivery of your package.
