1. Free Delivery Conditions
1.1. Apparel, Shoes and Accessories
Free delivery is available for apparel, shoes and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffel bags, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and glasses) when ordering with a total value over 50 euros.
1.2. Fitness Equipment
The free delivery conditions are different for online orders and for in-store purchases.
Online Orders
For online purchases, you receive free delivery if your order is over 200 euros. This applies to the following product groups:
- Exercise Bikes
- Cross trainers
- Treadmills
- Ergometers
- Exercise benches and Stands
- Power Towers
- Rowing Machines
- Steppers
Exception: Free delivery is not available for fitness equipment from the Multi Gyms category. A fixed delivery price applies for them, which is described in section 3.5.
Purchase from Physical Store
When purchasing a fitness item from SPORT DEPOT stores in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, delivery may be free of charge within the city when the value is over 200 euros.
Exception: Free delivery is not available for equipment from the Multi Gyms category.
Fitness equipment is delivered by courier companies Econt and Europat.
If you make a purchase of a fitness item from our stores in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, it can be delivered free of charge within the city and assembled according to the current price list in “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”. To take advantage of the service, contact our sales consultants.
Exception: Free delivery is not available for equipment from the Multi Gyms category.
For delivery to a location where there is no SPORT DEPOT store, conditions are agreed additionally. You can check the prices in “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”.
For fitness equipment brands KETTLER, NordicTrack, Orion Fitness delivery to Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora is free, and assembly is charged according to price list.
Exception: Free delivery is not available for equipment from the Multi Gyms category.
SPORT DEPOT offers assembly for all fitness equipment. You can check the service prices and more information in “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”.
If you order online and wish to use the assembly service, select the assembly option directly from the site (valid for exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills and combination machines).
If you wish to use the assembly service for other equipment, contact us on phone number 0701 90009, providing your order number.
1.3. Bicycles
Free delivery is available for all bicycles (mountain bikes, city bikes, children's bikes).
1.4. Skis, Snowboards, Sledges, Strollers, Sports and Outdoor Equipment
Free delivery is available for skis, snowboards, sledges, strollers, sports and outdoor equipment if the ordered products are worth over 100 euros and are at regular, non-discounted price.
2. Courier Companies We Deliver With
Delivery of fitness equipment, tennis tables, bicycles, skis and snowboards, sledges, strollers, dumbbells, barbells, bars, heavy and bulky sports and outdoor equipment is carried out by courier companies Econt and Europat. Delivery is made to the entrance door of the building specified as the delivery address. For carrying up to the floor, you need to contact the courier in advance and agree on it additionally. SPORT DEPOT carries out delivery of ordered goods from the store through courier company Sameday, Speedy, Econt or Europat.
SPORT DEPOT provides the option to inspect the package upon receipt with courier company Econt. For more information, see section 6. "Inspection" service upon receipt of a package with Econt.
When choosing courier company Sameday, Speedy or Europat, there is no option to inspect the package.
2.1. Click and Collect – Delivery to SPORT DEPOT Store
SPORT DEPOT provides the Click and Collect service for delivery of ordered online items to selected SPORT DEPOT stores*, excluding stores in Sliven and Kardzhali, under the following conditions:
- The Click and Collect service applies only to delivery in a selected SPORT DEPOT store of clothes, shoes and accessories ordered online.
- Click and Collect orders can only be paid in advance with a debit or credit card through the SPORT DEPOT website or app.
- The standard processing time for Click and Collect orders is up to 5 working days.
- The customer who made the order receives it upon presentation of an ID card to an employee in the store.
- The order can also be picked up by another person, in which case the order holder will receive a call for confirmation of the handover.
- The amount for canceled or returned Click and Collect order can be refunded in cash at the store's cash desk or by the payment method used, within the legally established period of up to 14 days.
- *A selected store for delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons
3. Delivery Prices for Online Orders That Do Not Meet Free Delivery Conditions
If an online order contains goods from different categories that do not meet the free delivery conditions, the highest delivery price is calculated as the total delivery price.
In an online order where part of the goods meet the free delivery conditions and another part does not, the delivery price is calculated only for the goods that do not meet the free delivery conditions.
At the first step of the online order, you will receive information about the delivery price according to the courier and options for delivery to an address or to a courier office.
Important:
- The delivery price at the first step of the order is for informational purposes.
- The delivery price is calculated towards the order in the subsequent steps, after you choose the courier and option - to office or to address.
3.1. Apparel, Shoes and Accessories
Delivery prices apply for orders of apparel, shoes and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffel bags, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and glasses) with a total value below 50 euros.
Delivery prices with Sameday:
- To locker: 1.90 euros / 3.72 leva. To Sameday locker: 1 euro and 90 cents / 3 leva and 72 stotinki
- To customer address: 2.38 euros / 4.65 leva. To customer address with Sameday: 2 euros and 38 cents / 4 leva and 65 stotinki
Delivery prices with Speedy, Econt and Europat:
- To courier office or locker: 2.80 euros / 5.48 leva. To courier office or locker: 2 euros and 80 cents / 5 leva and 48 stotinki
- To customer address: 3.50 euros / 6.85 leva. To customer address: 3 euros and 50 cents / 6 leva and 85 stotinki
3.2. Sports and Outdoor Equipment
Delivery prices apply for orders of skis, snowboards, sledges, strollers, sports and outdoor equipment with a total value under 100 euros and/or with discounted price.
The delivery price will be calculated according to the weight according to the tariff table below and according to the choice of option – to courier office or to customer address.
3.3. Books
Books are not offered with free delivery. Their delivery price is determined according to the tariff table.
3.4. Fitness Equipment*, Dumbbells, Barbells, Bars and Fitness Accessories
The delivery price will be calculated according to the weight based on the tariff table below and the selected option – to courier office or to customer address.
* Does not apply to Multi Gyms.
3.5. Multi Gyms
The delivery price is fixed: 50 euros / 97.79 leva. The delivery price is fixed: 50 euros / 97 leva and 79 stotinki.

The delivery price for tennis tables is fixed at 30 euros / 58.67 leva per piece. The delivery price for tennis tables is fixed at 30 euros / 58 leva and 67 stotinki per piece.
4. Standard Delivery Time
The usual delivery time to any location in Bulgaria is from 2 to 5 working days.
Please note that for some products an extended delivery time may apply, which is explicitly stated in the description of the respective item.
5. SPORT DEPOT Does Not Offer Fixed Delivery Time Service
SPORT DEPOT does not offer the fixed delivery time service. If necessary, you can agree on additional delivery conditions at your own expense with the specific courier after receiving notification of the upcoming delivery.
6. "Inspection" Service Upon Receipt with Econt
When receiving a shipment with Econt, you may use the “Inspection” service.
This service applies both to packages delivered to an Econt office and to an address.
With the "Inspection" service, you have the opportunity to open and review the contents of the package (without trying it) for up to 15 minutes.
With permitted "Inspection", the Econt employee opens the package in your presence to ensure that the content matches with the customer order and that there are no defects. Trying or testing the product is not allowed.
Important conditions:
- Before inspecting the package, you must pay the return delivery fee if you return the package.
- If you accept the package after inspection, the Econt employee will refund the return delivery amount to you.
- If you refuse to accept the package after inspection, the transportation costs for the return remain at your expense.
Exceptions
In the following cases, the transportation costs for the return are at SPORT DEPOT's expense:
- the received goods clearly do not correspond to those requested in the order;
- the error is due to SPORT DEPOT's fault (for example: confused size, color or item).
In these cases, SPORT DEPOT will refund the return delivery costs, after the returned goods are received back in commercial condition.

8. Reserved Right to make changes
SPORT DEPOT reserves the right to make changes to the delivery conditions for the online store.
