1. Free delivery terms
1.1. Clothing, footwear and accessories
Delivery is free for clothing, footwear and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, holdalls, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and glasses) when the total order value exceeds €50.
1.2. Fitness equipment
The free-delivery terms differ for online orders and purchases from a physical store.
Online orders
For online purchases, delivery of fitness equipment is free for orders above €200. This applies to the following product groups:
- Exercise bikes
- Cross trainers
- Treadmills
- Weight benches
- Combined racks
- Rowing machines
- Steppers
Exception: Free delivery is not available for fitness equipment in the “Combined machines” category. A fixed delivery price described in section 3.5 applies.
Purchase from a physical store
When purchasing fitness equipment from SPORT DEPOT stores in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, delivery may be free within the respective city for purchases above €200.
Exception: Free delivery is not available for equipment in the “Combined machines” category.
Fitness equipment is delivered by Econt and Europath courier companies. Econt deliveries are made only to a courier office.
If you purchase fitness equipment from our stores in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv or Stara Zagora, it may be delivered free of charge within the respective city and assembled according to the current price list on the Service and maintenance page. To use this service, ask our sales consultants for assistance.
For delivery to a locality without a SPORT DEPOT store, the terms are agreed separately. You can check the prices on the Service and maintenance page.
For fitness equipment from KETTLER, NordicTrack, Orion Fitness, delivery to Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora is free, while assembly is charged according to the price list.
SPORT DEPOT also offers assembly of all fitness equipment. You can check service prices and more information on the Service and maintenance page.
If you order online and want the assembly service, select the assembly option directly on the website (valid for exercise bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and combined machines).
If you require assembly for other equipment, contact us on 0701 90009 and provide your order number.
1.3. Bicycles
Delivery is free for all bicycles (mountain, city and children’s bicycles).
1.4. Skis, snowboards, sledges, pushchairs, sports and outdoor equipment
Delivery is free for skis, snowboards, sledges, pushchairs, sports and outdoor equipment if the ordered products are worth more than €100 and are at their regular, non-discounted price.
2. Courier companies we use
Fitness equipment, table tennis tables, bicycles, skis and snowboards, sledges, pushchairs, weights, dumbbells, bars, heavy and bulky sports and outdoor equipment are delivered by Econt and Europath. Europath delivers to the entrance of the building stated as the delivery address. For delivery to a floor, contact the courier in advance to agree the details. Econt deliveries are made only to a courier office.
SPORT DEPOT delivers goods ordered through the store by Sameday, Speedy, BOX NOW, Econt or Europath. Econt deliveries are made only to a courier locker or office.
SPORT DEPOT offers the option to inspect a parcel when receiving it with Econt. For more information, see section 6, “Inspection” service when receiving an Econt parcel.
There is no parcel-inspection option when choosing Sameday, Speedy, BOX NOW or Europath.
2.1. Click and Collect – delivery to a SPORT DEPOT store
SPORT DEPOT offers the Click and Collect service for online-ordered items delivered to selected* SPORT DEPOT stores, except stores in Sliven, Kardzhali and Kazanlak, under the following conditions:
- Click and Collect is available only for online-ordered clothing, footwear and accessories delivered to a selected store.
- Click and Collect orders can be paid only in advance by debit or credit card through the SPORT DEPOT website or app.
- The standard processing time for Click and Collect orders is up to 5 business days.
- The customer who placed the order collects it by presenting an ID document to a store employee.
- The order may also be collected by another person who provides the notification email with the order number. The order holder must first give verbal consent by calling our contact centre or written consent by email to eshop@sportdepot.bg.
- The amount for a cancelled or returned Click and Collect order may be refunded in cash at the store till or to the payment method used, within the statutory 14-day period.
- *A delivery store may be unavailable for technical reasons.
3. Delivery prices for online orders that do not meet the free-delivery terms
If an online order contains goods from different categories that do not meet the free-delivery terms, only the highest applicable delivery price is charged as the total delivery price.
If some goods in an online order meet the free-delivery terms and others do not, a delivery price is charged only for the goods that do not meet the free-delivery terms.
At the first step of an online order, you will receive information about the delivery price according to the courier and the address or courier-office option.
3.1. Clothing, footwear and accessories
Delivery prices apply to orders for clothing, footwear and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, holdalls, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and glasses) with a total value below €50.
Delivery prices with Sameday and BOX NOW
- To a locker: €1.90.
- To the customer’s address: €2.38.
Delivery prices with Speedy, Econt and Europath
Econt deliveries are made only to a courier office or locker.
- To a courier office or locker: €2.80.
- To the customer’s address: €3.50.
3.2. Sports and outdoor equipment
Delivery prices apply to orders for skis, snowboards, sledges, pushchairs, sports and outdoor equipment with a total value below €100 and/or at a discounted price.
The delivery price is calculated according to weight, using the tariff table below, and the chosen option – courier office or customer address.
3.3. Books
Books are not offered with free delivery. Their delivery price is determined by the tariff table.
3.4. Fitness equipment*, weights, dumbbells, bars and fitness accessories
The delivery price is calculated according to weight, using the tariff table below, and the chosen option – courier office or customer address.
*Does not apply to combined machines.
3.5. Combined machines
The delivery price is fixed: €50.

The delivery price for table tennis tables is fixed at €30 per item.
4. Standard delivery time
The usual delivery time to any location in Bulgaria is 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that some products may have an extended delivery time, which is explicitly stated in the description of the respective item.
5. SPORT DEPOT does not offer fixed-time delivery
SPORT DEPOT does not offer fixed-time delivery. If necessary, you may arrange additional delivery terms at your own expense with the specific courier after receiving notice of the upcoming delivery.
6. “Inspection” service when receiving an Econt parcel
When receiving an Econt parcel, you may use the “Inspection” service.
This service applies to parcels delivered to an Econt office.
With the “Inspection” service, you may open and inspect the contents of the parcel (without trying them on) for up to 15 minutes.
When “Inspection” is permitted, the Econt employee opens the parcel in your presence so that you can ensure that the contents match what was ordered and have no defects. Trying on or testing the product is not permitted.
Exceptions
In the following cases, the transport costs for the return are borne by SPORT DEPOT:
- the delivered goods clearly do not match the goods ordered;
- the error is the fault of SPORT DEPOT (for example, an incorrect size, colour or item).
In these cases, SPORT DEPOT will also refund the return-delivery costs after the returned goods are received back in saleable condition.

8. Right to make changes
SPORT DEPOT reserves the right to make changes to the delivery terms for the online store.
