Delivery rules for fitness equipment

Dear customers,

Thank you for your purchase from the SPORT DEPOT!

Please carefully read the following delivery rules for equipment purchased from Sport Depot SA.
  1. When ordering fitness equipment online at www.sportdepot.bg, delivery is FREE if the ordered products are valued at over 300 BGN.

For KETTLER, NordicTrack, and Orion Fitness brand equipment, delivery and installation are free for Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, and Stara Zagora.

  1. Sport Depot SA provides free delivery to the entrance of the client's residential building.

  2. Delivery and installation of the purchased equipment will be carried out within 3 business days from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday), during working hours from 10:30 to 17:00. The client will be informed of the scheduled delivery time by Sport Depot SA's Service Department the day before.

  3. Sport Depot SA is not liable for hidden transportation defects. The customer should inspect the product for visible defects upon delivery and file a complaint in the presence of an employee.

  4. The customer pays a handling fee when the equipment cannot be transported (lifted) to the entrance of their home by an elevator or to difficult-to-reach locations like attic spaces, basements, spiral staircases, etc.

  • A fee of 10 BGN is charged for each floor for equipment installation.
  • A fee of 30 BGN is charged for houses, ground floor apartments, and other types of residential buildings without an elevator.

  1. The customer pays for the fitting service for fitness equipment according to the price list when the purchase is under 1000 BGN and the customer requests fitting.

  2. Fitting for equipment priced over 1000 BGN is free.
