1. Free Delivery Conditions
1.1. Free delivery for clothing, footwear and accessories
Free delivery applies to clothing, footwear and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffel bags, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and sunglasses) with a total order value above 50 €
1.2. Free delivery for fitness equipment
The conditions for free delivery differ for online and in-store purchases.
For online purchases, you receive free delivery if your order is over 200 € This applies to the following product groups:
- Exercise bikes
- Cross trainers
- Treadmills
- Ergometers
- Exercise Benches & Stands
- Power Towers
- Rowing machines
- Steppers
Free delivery is not available for fitness equipment from the Multi Gyms product group.
For purchases from a physical SPORT DEPOT store, delivery is free for equipment over 200 € within the city where the item was purchased. This applies to the following product groups:
- Exercise bikes
- Cross trainers
- Treadmills
- Ergometers
- Exercise Benches & Stands
- Power Towers
- Rowing machines
- Steppers
Free delivery is not available for fitness equipment from the Multi Gyms product group.
Fitness equipment is delivered via ECONT and EUROPAT.
If you purchase equipment from our stores in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, it can be delivered free of charge within the city and installed according to the current price list on the page “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”. To use the service, please ask our sales assistants for assistance.
For delivery to a location where there is no SPORT DEPOT store, individual arrangements are required. You can check the prices again on the page “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”.
For equipment brands KETTLER, NordicTrack and Orion Fitness, delivery to Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora is free, and installation is charged according to the following price list.
SPORT DEPOT also offers installation of all fitness equipment. You can check the service prices and more information here: “SERVICE & MAINTENANCE”.
If you order online and would like installation, select the installation option directly from the website (valid for exercise bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and combination machines).
If you would like installation for another type of equipment, please contact us at 070190009 to request it, providing your order number.
1.3. Free delivery for bicycles
Free delivery applies to all bicycles (mountain bikes, city bikes, children’s bikes).
1.4. Free delivery for skis and snowboards, sledges, strollers, sports and outdoor equipment
Free delivery applies to skis and snowboards, sledges, strollers, sports and outdoor equipment if the ordered products are over 100 € and at regular, non-discounted prices.
2. Courier companies we work with
Delivery of fitness equipment, table tennis tables, bicycles, skis and snowboards, sledges, strollers, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, heavy and bulky sports and outdoor equipment is carried out by the courier companies ECONT and EUROPAT. Delivery is made to the entrance door of the building specified as the delivery address. For delivery to an upper floor, you must contact the courier in advance and arrange it additionally. SPORT DEPOT delivers goods ordered through the store via the courier companies SPEEDY, ECONT or EUROPAT.
SPORT DEPOT provides the option to inspect the shipment upon delivery with the courier company ECONT. For more information see section 6. “Inspection” service upon receipt with Econt.
When choosing the courier company Speedy or Europat, there is no option to inspect the shipment.
2.1. Delivery to a SPORT DEPOT store - Click&Collect
SPORT DEPOT provides the Click&Collect service for delivery of online ordered items to selected SPORT DEPOT stores*, excluding the stores in Sliven and Kardzhali, under the following conditions:
- The Click&Collect service applies only to delivery to a selected store of clothing, footwear and accessories ordered online.
- Click&Collect orders can only be paid in advance by debit or credit card via the SPORT DEPOT website or app.
- The standard processing time for Click&Collect orders is up to 5 working days.
- The customer who placed the order receives it upon presentation of an ID card to a store employee.
- The order may also be collected by another person; upon collection, the order holder will receive a phone call to confirm the handover.
- The amount for a cancelled or returned Click&Collect order can be refunded in cash at the store checkout or via the payment method used, within the legally established period of up to 14 days.
- *A selected store for delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.
3. Delivery prices for online orders that do not meet the free delivery conditions
If an online order contains goods from different categories that do not meet the conditions for free delivery, only the highest delivery fee among them will be charged as the total delivery cost.
If an online order includes some goods that meet the conditions for free delivery and others that do not, a delivery fee will be calculated only for the goods that do not meet the free delivery conditions.
At the first step of the online order, you will receive information about the delivery price according to the selected courier and the option for delivery to an address or to a courier office.

- The delivery price shown at the first step of the order is for informational purposes only.
- The delivery price is calculated in the following steps after you select the courier and the delivery option – to office or to address.
3.1. Clothing, footwear and accessories
Delivery prices apply to orders of clothing, footwear and accessories (backpacks, bags and wallets, duffel bags, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, belts and sunglasses) with a total value below 50 €
- To courier office or locker: 2.80 € / 5.48 BGN
- To customer address: 3.50 € / 6.85 BGN
3.2. Sports and outdoor equipment
Delivery prices apply to orders of skis, snowboards, sledges, strollers, sports and outdoor equipment with a total value below 100 € and/or discounted items.
The delivery price will be calculated according to the weight based on the tariff table below and the selected option – to courier office or to customer address.
3.3. Books
Books are not offered with free delivery. The delivery price is determined according to the tariff table.
3.4. Fitness equipment*, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and fitness accessories
The delivery price will be calculated according to the weight based on the tariff table below and the selected option – to courier office or to customer address.
* Not valid for Multi Gyms.
3.5. Multi Gyms
The delivery price is fixed at 50 € / 97.79 BGN.

The delivery price for table tennis tables is fixed at 30 € / 58.67 BGN per unit.
4. Standard delivery time
The usual delivery time to any location in Bulgaria is 2 to 5 working days.
Please note that for some products an extended delivery time may apply, which is explicitly stated in the description of the respective item.
5. SPORT DEPOT does not offer fixed delivery time service
SPORT DEPOT does not offer a fixed delivery time service. If necessary, you may arrange additional delivery conditions at your own expense with the specific courier after receiving notification of the upcoming delivery.
6. “Inspection” service upon receipt with Econt
When receiving a shipment with Econt, you may use the “Inspection” service.
This service applies to shipments delivered both to an Econt office and to an address.
With the “Inspection” service, you have the opportunity to open and inspect the contents of the shipment (without trying it) for up to 15 minutes.
With permitted “Inspection”, the Econt employee opens the shipment in your presence so you can verify that the contents correspond to what was ordered and that there are no defects. Trying on or testing the product is not allowed.
Important conditions:
- Before inspecting the shipment, you must pay the return delivery fee (if you return the shipment).
- If you accept the shipment after inspection, the Econt employee will refund the return delivery fee.
- If you refuse to accept the shipment after inspection, the return transport costs remain at your expense.
Exceptions:
In the following cases, the return transport costs are covered by SPORT DEPOT:
- the received goods clearly do not correspond to those ordered;
- the mistake is due to SPORT DEPOT (for example: wrong size, color or item).
In these cases, SPORT DEPOT will also refund the return delivery costs after the returned goods are received back in commercial condition.

8. Right to make changes
SPORT DEPOT reserves the right to make changes to the free delivery conditions for the online store.
