1.1. Free shipping on apparel, footwear, and accessories
Free shipping applies to apparel, footwear, and accessories (backpacks, bags, wallets, duffels, socks, hats, scarves, gloves, belts, and sunglasses) with a total order value over BGN 100.00.
1.2. Free shipping on fitness equipment
Free shipping applies to all fitness equipment priced over BGN 200, including:
- Exercise bikes
- Elliptical trainers
- Treadmills
- Benches and multi-gyms
- Rowers
- Steppers
SPORT DEPOT offers assembly for all fitness equipment. For pricing and details, see our Service & Assembly page.
If you order online and want assembly, select the assembly option during checkout (available for exercise bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and multi-gyms).
For assembly requests for other equipment, please call us at 070190009 and provide your order number.
If you purchase equipment in store in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv or Stara Zagora, it can be delivered free of charge within the city and installed per current rates in the Service & Assembly section. Ask our in-store staff for assistance.
1.3. Free shipping on bicycles
Free shipping applies to all bicycles (mountain, city, and children's bikes).
1.4. Free shipping on skis, snowboards, sleds, strollers, sport and outdoor gear
Free shipping applies to skis, snowboards, sleds, strollers, sport and outdoor gear with a purchase value over BGN 200.00 at regular price.
1.5. Free shipping on weights, dumbbells, bars, and fitness accessories
Free shipping applies to weights, dumbbells, bars, and fitness accessories with a purchase value over BGN 300.00 at regular price.
If an item in your order is out of stock and you want to qualify for free shipping, replace it with a different item to reach the required order threshold.
If any item is unavailable, you will be notified by email or phone.
Free shipping terms apply only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. Courier Partners
Delivery of fitness equipment, table tennis tables, bicycles, skis, snowboards, sleds, strollers, weights, dumbbells, bars, and bulky sport/outdoor gear is performed by ECONT and EVROPAT. Delivery is to the building’s main entrance. If you require upstairs delivery, contact the courier in advance.
Orders placed through our online store are delivered via SPEEDY, ECONT, or EVROPAT.
SPORT DEPOT offers a parcel "preview" service upon ECONT delivery. For details see 6. "Preview" Service on ECONT Deliveries.
Note: Preview is not available when choosing Speedy or EVROPAT.
2.1. Click & Collect delivery to SPORT DEPOT store
SPORT DEPOT offers Click & Collect delivery of online orders to your selected SPORT DEPOT store, excluding locations in Sliven, Kardzhali, Bansko, and Borovets, under the following conditions:
- Click & Collect applies only to apparel, footwear, and accessories ordered online.
- Orders must be paid in advance by debit or credit card via our website or app.
- Standard order processing time is up to 5 working days.
- You must present your ID when picking up the order in-store.
- If someone else collects it, we will call you to confirm the handover.
- Refunds for cancelled or returned Click & Collect orders are issued in cash at the store or to the payment method used, within the legal period of 14 days.
3. Shipping Rates for Orders That Don't Qualify for Free Shipping
If your order includes items from multiple categories, some of which don’t qualify for free shipping, only the highest applicable shipping rate will be charged.
If part of your order qualifies for free shipping and part does not, shipping cost applies only to those that don’t qualify.
At checkout, you’ll see estimated shipping rates and delivery options (to courier office or to your address).
Important:
- Displayed shipping rates during checkout are indicative.
- Final shipping cost is calculated after you select a courier and delivery method.
3.1. Apparel, Footwear & Accessories
Shipping rates apply if total order value for apparel, footwear, and accessories is under BGN 100.00.
- To courier office or parcel machine: BGN 5.50
- To your address: BGN 6.90
3.2. Sport & Outdoor Equipment
Shipping rates apply for skis, snowboards, sleds, strollers, sport and outdoor gear under BGN 200.00 or during promotions.
Shipping is based on weight and your chosen delivery method (to courier office or to your address).
3.3. Books
Books do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping cost is based on weight.
3.4. Weights, Dumbbells, Bars & Fitness Accessories
Shipping rates apply if total order value is under BGN 300.00 or during promotions.
Shipping is based on weight and delivery method chosen.
For orders over BGN 2,000, shipping is calculated by weight per the rates table below.

Delivery for table tennis tables is a flat rate of BGN 60.00 per unit.
4. Standard Delivery Times
Usual delivery time within Bulgaria is 2–5 working days.
Important: The sale is at its peak! Delivery delays are possible, but rest assured – your favorite products are on their way to you. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that certain items may have extended delivery times, explicitly stated in their product description.
5. No Fixed-Time Delivery Option
SPORT DEPOT does not offer fixed‑time delivery. If you require a specific delivery time slot, you may arrange this directly with the courier at your own expense once notified of the upcoming delivery.
6. "Preview" Service on ECONT Deliveries
When receiving a package via ECONT, you can use the "Preview" service.
This applies to deliveries to both ECONT offices and your address.
The "Preview" service lets you open and inspect the package contents (without testing) for up to 15 minutes.
At your request, the ECONT courier will open the package in your presence so you can check the contents and look for defects. Testing or using the product is not allowed.
Important Conditions:
- You must prepay return shipping (in case you return the package).
- If you accept the package after preview, the courier will refund your return shipping cost.
- If you refuse the package after preview, return shipping is at your expense.
Exceptions:
Returned shipping cost is covered by SPORT DEPOT if:
- the item clearly does not match the order;
- the error is caused by SPORT DEPOT (e.g. wrong size, color, or item).
In these cases, SPORT DEPOT will reimburse your return shipping once the returned item is received in resale condition.
