I. Warranty terms

1. Sport Depot JSC gives its customers a warranty with every purchased good, a warranty card on which are mentioned:

• address and phone number of the authorized service repairers of the purchased appliances;
• the warranty terms of the relevant service centers or manufacturers;
• warranty term of the purchased good;

2. Warranty terms

 2.1. Fitness equipment

- All fitness products with the Kettler brand have 24 months warranty except treadmills and mini steppers which have 12 months warranty. 
- All fitness products with different brand than Kettler have 12 months warranty.

2.2. Ski and ski boots

- 12 months warranty

2.4. Clothes and shoes

- 1 month warranty

2.5. Accessories

- 1 month warranty

3. Except for the obligations specifically set out in this warranty, Sport Depot JSC can not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, damage due to omission of a public official or any other legal theory and whether it is postulated the possibility of such damages.

4. For all goods the warranty terms are applied of the relevant manufacturer or authorized service centers. In the service centers only valid are the original warranty cards that are delivered.

II. Limitation of warranty

The warranty is voided in case of:
1. Damages, because of poor transport, storage or incorrect exploitation
2. A try for repairing it by the Customer and/or other unauthorized person
3. When using poor quality and not original supply materials
