Every order is accomplished from the detail page of the relevant good.
If you have already made your choice and want to buy a good from www.sportdepot.bg you must open the detail page of the wanted good and make your choice in every one of the falling menus for color and size after which press the button ''BUY''.
That is how your order is added to your shopping basket. In that way you can choose unlimited count of goods. To make an actual order is necessary to click on the basket that is at the upper right corner of the website (below search) that could be seen on every page of it and had registered the count of your wanted goods. And so you will pass successively through four steps of sending the order.
Step 1: Here you will see a list of your wanted goods, their individual price and the total cost of the order. You can choose more than one count from every good and after clicking on ''refresh'' the total cost you must pay is recalculated. When cancelling order of some of the listed goods you can remove it from the list by the button ''delete'' and it will not be included in your actual order. In case you have an electronic voucher you must type the code in the respective space to be deducted from the cost. Here you will find information for the approximate cost of the delivery after you go through steps 3 and 4 and type delivery address and a way of payment. To proceed and go to step 2 press the button ''step 2''.
Step 2: Here is the place where you fill out your own data that is needed for accomplishing the delivery. If you have a registration in our website it is not needed to type your data every time. In this step you can add new delivery addresses. After inscribing a new address to the database you must activate the one at which you wish your good to be delivered, with the blue point at the lower right corner. You can go back to step 1 and again to edit your goods. After specifying the delivery address press button ''step 3''.
Step 3:This is the step in which you can choose the payment option for your wanted goods. If you prefer cash on delivery you will pay the price of the good and the final delivery cost defined from the courier when receiving the delivery, you must pay to the agent who delivers it to you.
If you choose to pay electronically you will pay the price of the purchased goods and you will pay the courier for the the final transport cost when you receive the good.
In the cases in which the delivery is payed from Sport Depot JSC the costs will not be deducted. Here you can go back to step 1- editing the goods to check the approximate delivery cost calculated from the calculator of Speedy. After you are ready with your choice go to ''step 4''.
Step 4: Here you can check your order again and make corrections where is needed. After you have done that press the button ''CONFIRM ORDER''.
After you make a successful order you will receive a notice for confirming your e-mail where you must follow the sent link. You can track the status of your order anytime in your account.
